    Noteworthy Learning & Workforce Engagement Professional, Ms. Chanel L. Fort is the Creator of Fortified Learning Solutions - a Learning & Workforce Engagement firm; and she is the Director of Academic Innovation at Stillman College - a Historically Black College & University (HBCU) located in Alabama. Ms. Chanel L. Fort is an active member of her local Workforce Committee for the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM), she is an Academic Evaluator for numerous college accreditation organizations, she was a key member of the Education & Workforce Development Committee for her city’s Mayoral Transition Team, and she was a founding member of the Advisory Council for A.G. Gaston Boys & Girls Club. Ms. Fort can also be seen presenting at various conferences for several Workforce Development Associations. In addition to her commitments, Ms. Fort is a leader in community health awareness. By doing so, she serves as an Executive Leadership Team member and Circle of Red member for the American Heart Association’s Go Red for Women Movement where she volunteers her time to educate women on the risk factors associated with cardiovascular disease; known to be the #1 killer of women. Ms. Fort is also Vice President of Ambassadors for Red Mountain Grace - a local nonprofit that is dedicated to providing gracious housing to out-of-town patients and caregivers during their extended medical stays. Alongside Ms. Fort’s service to the community, she has received recognition from her city’s local Business Journal as People on the Move, she has been recognized as an About Town Trailblazer, she was a Finalist for Young Professional of the Year by the local Business Alliance, and she has been seen in various commercials and print media sources advertising Career Education and Training Schools. Ms. Fort earned a bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences and a Master's Degree in Human Services Administration. Ms. Fort has 19-years of professional experience designing and facilitating sustainable Workforce Education and Career Training Programs for higher education, business, and government entities. This experience has positioned her as a leader in teaching and developing industry and workforce professionals across the U.S. Ms. Chanel L. Fort is a model, actress, speaker, creative writer, and a leader in her community in Women's Health & Beauty. She is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attends Elevation Church; an International Ministry located in South Carolina.
